CureConnect is a health-information and healthcare-signposting project based in London, United Kingdom. For privacy questions, contact help@cureconnect.co.uk.

2. Information we collect

We may collect information you submit through our contact, newsletter and consultation-booking journeys, including your name, email address, reason for contact, message and appointment details. Please do not send detailed medical records or highly sensitive health information through the website or booking page.

3. How we use information

• To respond to enquiries.
• To manage newsletter subscriptions.
• To arrange and administer introductory consultations.
• To keep the website secure and improve its performance.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Lawful bases

Depending on the activity, we expect to rely on consent, legitimate interests, steps requested before entering a contract, or legal obligation. Where special-category health information is intentionally collected in the future, an additional lawful condition will be identified and communicated.

5. Sharing information

We do not sell personal data. We use service providers including Netlify for website hosting and form handling, and Calendly for consultation scheduling. When you choose to book, Calendly processes the information you enter on its booking page under its own privacy information and our applicable arrangements with it.

6. International transfers

Some technology providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this applies, appropriate transfer safeguards should be used.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including administering bookings, responding to enquiries and meeting legal obligations. Newsletter details are retained until you unsubscribe or they are no longer required.

8. Your rights

Under UK data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your information, and to data portability. You can also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

9. Cookies, local storage and external booking

This website uses essential local storage to remember the cookie-banner choice. We do not load Calendly on our pages; its services are accessed only when you follow a booking link, at which point Calendly's own cookie and privacy information applies.

10. Complaints

Contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

We may update this policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page.
